So sorry about that! If you were charged after canceling, it most likely means the cancellation wasn't completed successfully.
The key thing to know is that you need to cancel through the same place you originally signed up. Here's how to do it based on where you subscribed:
Canceled Through Apple (App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap your Toveedo subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Just a heads up — Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged. For refunds, Apple handles those directly — we're not able to process them on their behalf. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Canceled Through Google (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find and tap your Toveedo subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
Same heads up here — cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. For a refund, just email us at info@toveedo.com with your name, email address, and reason for the request and we'll take a look!
Canceled Directly on the Toveedo Website
- Go to toveedo.com and log in
- Click the Menu
- Go to your Dashboard
- Select Purchases
- Click Manage
- Click Cancel Membership and confirm
