If Toveedo isn't loading or videos aren't playing, it's usually caused by a browser issue, internet connection, or a filter.
First, check if your account is active. You can do this by logging in, then going to the website menu → Dashboard → Purchases. It will show whether you currently have an active membership.
Try these steps:
- Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on Windows, Cmd + R on Mac)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection — use a strong Wi-Fi connection and close other apps using the internet
Using an internet filter? Internet filters are one of the most common reasons Toveedo won't load. Try these:
- Contact your filter provider and ask them to whitelist:
- toveedo.com
- uscreen.io
- Temporarily disable the filter to test if that's the cause
