If downloads aren't working, here are a few things to check.
Common fixes:
- Make sure you are using the Toveedo app — downloads are not available on the website
- Check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi
- Check that your device has enough storage space
- Restart the app and try again
Using an internet filter like TAG or MD Smart? Internet filters can sometimes block downloads. Contact your filter provider and ask them to whitelist the following:
- toveedo.com
- uscreen.io
Once whitelisted downloads should work normally.
